The Patriot Survival School (PSS), aims is to have satisfied customers and for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We will gladly exchange, replace or refund any merchandise that is defective, if returned within 30 days of purchase, and is subject to the following conditions:
Returning Items: If you are dissatisfied with an item and need to return it please call to explain the reasons for the return before shipping the item back to us. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you. If a package is returned without a RMA number, the package may be refused. The RMA must be written on the outside of the shipping box, include a copy of your original invoice inside the box, and indicate whether you would like to return for credit or replacement. You should send your package via UPS or USPS insured. Returns must be shipped with the full freight prepaid, properly packaged and insured for the full value of the item/s. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Products must be in their original packaging with labeling intact. You may be subject to a 20% restocking charge on returns. Non-Returnable Items: The following items may not be returned for refund or credit: Dated items such as food and water rations; survival and first-aid kits in which original packaging has been opened; literature materials including books, manuals, videos or software; clothing and footwear where the original tags have been removed or show signs of having been washed or worn; and any special order customized items or kits. Should you need to return a defective item it must be confirmed defective by our definition, after which we will happily replace the item. Some items may be under Manufacturer’s Warranty; in which case, you should send the item to a service representative of the manufacturer for repair.
Refunds: If you are requesting a credit refund, the Customer Refund Request Form must be completed in full. Place the form and the original invoice inside the box with the items being returned. An RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and on the form. To obtain an RMA number, please call 214-704-3432, during normal office hours: M-F 8:30 to 4:30 cst. All refunds will be based on the original purchase price, less the 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing of returns and credit refunds.
